Counter/Narratives: Caribbean Rooted, Globally Focused.

Counter/Narratives is an online and offline collaborative multimedia platform with audio-visual and written content from different perspectives focused on predominantly Caribbean and widely diasporic experiences. The platform archives and enhances these perspectives connected to historical occurrences. In C/N Collection you will find historical articles and in the C/N Culture section you will find more contemporary articles on politics, people and music. Together these two form the online archive.

With Counter/Narratives we aim to be as flexible as our diaspora in the way we tell our stories.

Through different forms of working we believe in creating connections and spaces throughout distance and time. With the contributions of others, a small core team facilitates the different contributors, aiming to keep the pace of a changing dynamic ongoing.
